The British Horse Society
The B.H.S is a National British Body for recreational equestrianism. For the past 70 years it has always maintained a high level in the tests for trainers. It is recognised by the British Parliament and recognised by the Sports Council. It is also officially recognised in 28 countries. Its diplomas make it possible to obtain an International Passport of Trainer and Rider.
The system of learning of the B.H.S is the one that you need if you simply want to improve your riding style or to take care of your horse, as well as if you wish to have a high level of knowledge.
The B.H.S. offers the best diplomas in the equestrian world.
What is the British Horse Society? The British Horse Society is the leading equestrian society in the United Kingdom. Its objective is the good care of the horse by means of its education and instruction.
Why do the examinations of the B.H.S.?The diplomas of the B.H.S. are the best recognised internationally. The carers of horses should know what to do in order that the animals do not suffer. The riders should know how to treat a horse so as not to cause it damage or suffering. Carers and riders should maximise the possibilities offered by the horse as a means of sport. What is more, anyone, who wishes to have a serious insight into the equestrian world, needs professional skills, be it to manage stables, riding or as a trainer. The diplomas of the B.H.S. guarantee these skills.
Why have a diploma?Would you send your children to a school where the teachers were not qualified? Clients have the right to be more and more conscientious and demanding. The professional diplomas prove that a trainer is competent and has the capacity to teach. Demanding professional skills guarantees security in the exercising of sport.
Diplomas for Equestrian TourismFor all those who work in the equestrian tourism industry.
All open-air centres should offer security in their installations and make sure of having competent teachers. Equestrianism is a risk sport and very often when a tragedy occurs, the question is "Was there a qualified teacher? The companies of equestrian tourism can not risk their reputations by having unqualified teachers.
