Entrance-Reception
Information, Customer Care and sales point for all activities which are carried out in the School
Covered Riding Arena
A building of 3,410 m² consisting of a floor area of 24 x 64 m, with stands and seating for 1,235 people. It is equipped with everything necessary to carry out Equestrian Shows and any other type of exhibition, demonstration or performance.

Outdoor Arena
An open air arena of 7000 m² where competitions at all levels may be carried out with amphitheatre stands, respecting the countryside and the quality of the environment. It has a seating capacity for approximately 2000 people.
Social Hall
A permanent marquee equipped with all the necessary services for gala dinners and any other type of celebration. There is a capacity 400 seated diners.
Pony Club
The Pony Club with a constructed area of 435 m², along with a covered area of 15 x 20 m, another uncovered area of 20 x 20 m and a recreational area for children, has 15 boxes of 3 x 2,5 m, shower patio, store-room, harness room, dressing-rooms, meeting room and offices. It has all been put together with the enjoyment by children in mind.
Restaurant
"El Abrevadero" Restaurant, with an area of 266 m2, rustic décor and a capacity for 100 diners, where our Head of Kitchen, Luisa Campin, prepares the most succulent dishes for you while you enjoy the pleasant surroundings.
Stables
The Stable area, for the most part for the stabling of the horses of our clients, consists of 142 boxes of 3 x 3 m., two shower patios, four harness rooms, carriage houses, fodder and straw storerooms. It is built on an area of 3,138 m².
Riding Shop
In the Riding Shop you can find everything necessary for the carrying out of equestrian sport, a large variety of articles made of leather, and an infinite number of articles for horses and pets, and all at very competitive prices.
Service Area:A building where the Blacksmith and the Veterinary Clinic are to be found. There are five quarantine boxes, harness workshop and Leather Factory.
Training Area
Cowboy saddles, chaps, head stalls, coach harnesses, boots, leggings and repairs to articles for the carrying out of equestrian activities are taken care of here.
On our premises we have a Leather Factory in which all types of articles are made to measure, and personalised, for companies, wholesalers and export.
A working area ideal for the breaking in of colts, training and lunging.
Horse-walker
Walker for six horses.
Parking
The School possesses various parking areas for the convenience of its guests. The capacity of these is for 450 outdoor spaces, 80 indoor, as well as 25 spaces in the Pony Club. All of these are placed in and surrounded by garden areas and trees, so reducing the impact on the environment.
